Here at Gentle Power, instead of judging or diagnosing your need for a gentler life, there’s championing to set it up.

So that you can experience overwhelm as an ally (whom you see LESS often ūüėČ ).

The process is not traditional counselling (although there’s space to talk and be understood) and it’s not just skill training (but you will practise kinder ways
to meet your needs). Rather, these programmes are makeovers.

First, we’ll clarify and sort out what’s currently too much for you and then, together,
we’ll set things up differently so that you keep overwhelm at bay in the future.
